What is Raze?

Raze is a fintech company out of the United States that services U.S. and non-U.S. issuers and originators through their Vault-as-a-Service (VaaS) and investment platform that enables the creation, management, and distribution of structured financial products on-chain.

Issuers and originators use the platform to bridge traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi) by offering familiar investment structures — such as fixed yield, tiered returns, and compounding strategies — within a secure, compliant, and transparent blockchain environment to stablecoin investors around the world backed by real-world assets (RWAs).

The platform leverages blockchain-based vaults that enable users to gain exposure to real-world yield opportunities directly onchain by staking or investing their stabelcoins.

The platform is designed around a non-custodial model. User deposits and underlying assets remain controlled by smart contracts at all times, and Raze does not take possession of or hold funds on behalf of users.

At the core of the system is a modular smart contract framework. Every vault is isolated at the contract level, ensuring clear separation between asset pools. Once deployed, these contracts autonomously govern the key operational processes of the vault, including capital inflows and outflows, allocation logic, and administrative safeguards.

Products are accessible and on-chain to global investors with USDC or regulated stablecoins in a 'staking-like' experience offering returns paid back in USDC with no restrictions. Competitive yields are paid out daily, monthly, or quarterly with lower minimums for investors to participate.
